Returns: No returns on ticket sales. No refunds on lost or damaged tickets. No returns after 10 days, no exceptions.  S&H fee’s are not refundable.  Please contact us if you have any problems or a return before you send us anything back.  Apparel customers are able to return items within 10 days from when the order was received for store credit.  For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached and original packing slip.  Once we have received your package we will send you an email with instructions and information about your exchange.  All SALE items are FINAL SALE. If any returns do not meet our requirements the items will be returned to sender.  Dia De Las Motos Show LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.

 

Shipping:  We use USPS 2 day Priority Mail for small US packages, heavier packages will ship with UPS Ground, all international packages will also ship USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive a email with tracking information when the shipping label is generated.  Shipping is Monday-Friday only.  If for some reason your item you ordered is not in stock or back ordered, we will let you know ASAP so you can decide what you want to do.  All back ordered items will ship as soon as we get them in.  We are not responsible for any shipping problems, time, lost or damaged parcels once we give them to the shipping company.  Dia De Las Motos show LLC does not work for the shipping companies and can not control what happens once we ship your parcel.  If there happens to be a problem, it has to be taken care of though the shipping company. Dia De Las Motos show LLC will assist you in every way possible to help resolve the issue.  For international shipping, there is no option for signature for proof of delivery, we insure your package for the value and as a courtesy make all items as "gift".  If for some reason your package is lost or damaged and we have to file a claim, Dia De Las Motos show LLC can not replace your product till the shipping company reimburses us for the lost or damaged product.

 

$$$: We accept ALL major credit cards, Pay Pal and Amazon Pay.  We can also accept wire transfers to our bank account(please email for account transfer info).  We accept checks from local residents only.  $35 returned check fee.  No out of state checks accepted.  If you write a bounced check in California, you can be criminally prosecuted. Under California Penal Code Section 476(a), it is a crime to write a check knowing that you have insufficient funds and the intent to defraud.  The crime is completed the minute you knowingly write a check for an amount you did not actually have.  Bad check penalties can include a jail sentence of up to 3 years in state prison if the offense was charged as a felony. You will incur a bad check felony charge if the dollar amount of the check (or checks) you wrote exceeded $450. Any amount less than that will incur a misdemeanor charge, which brings with it a maximum jail sentence of 1 year in county jail.  California Civil Code section 1719 allows the receiver of a bad check to recover three times the amount of the check, up to $1500, in civil court if sufficient notice is mailed or delivered to the person who wrote the check. The damages are in addition to collecting the value of the check and they could include court and mailing costs. A cause of action under this law may be brought in small claims court, if the claim does not exceed $5,000, or in any other court of jurisdiction depending on the amount of the transaction.  You will be charged all fee’s and court costs associated with recovering money from a bad check on top of the check’s dollar amount.
